This project explores the use of AI as a post-processing tool in architectural visualisation, combining Autodesk Revit renders with AI-assisted image enhancement to improve atmosphere, material perception, lighting, and spatial storytelling. Rather than replacing the architectural workflow, AI was used carefully as an extension of the visualisation pipeline, preserving the original geometry, composition, and design intent while enhancing realism and presentation quality.
Developed on limited hardware, the project investigates how thoughtful modelling, lighting, and controlled AI intervention can produce visually compelling architectural imagery without relying on heavy real-time rendering engines. The series presents direct before-and-after comparisons between native Revit outputs and AI-enhanced results, highlighting the balance between technical accuracy and artistic visual communication.
